This 9 Days Rwanda safari, gorilla, chimpanzee and wildlife safari takes you through top safari destination including Akagera national park for game viewing, Volcanoes national park for gorilla trekking, Nyungwe forest national park for chimpanzee trekking and canopy walk experience, among others.

 Day 1:

Transfer to Akagera national park Early morning at 8:00 am drive to Akagera national park. Arrive in time for Lunch. In the afternoon head for an afternoon boat trip at Lake thema to see crocodiles and hippos plus other residents of the area. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

 Day 2: Full day game viewing

After your breakfast, embark on your early morning game drive, this game drive gives you a clear of the savannah park including the species of the area making attractive for game viewing and return to the lodge for lunch.

 In the late afternoon relax and you will go for a night game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

 Day 3: Akagera to Volcanoes National Park.

 After breakfast head to the park for your morning game drive, return for lunch to the lodge and check out and later drive to Volcanoes National Park. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

 Day 4: Gorilla tracking .

 Take your breakfast and head to the park headquarters to be briefed about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas then proceed to track the gorillas. After the remarkable adventure with the gorillas, you will have lunch and later visit the twin lake Bulera and Ruhondo Have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

 Day 5: Bisoke hike.

 Early breakfast at your hotel and head to the Kinigi headquarters for briefing Hiking mount Bisoke takes one day, and is a tough hike requiring good fitness By 8.00am you set off in your cars and transfer to the head trail starting point of the hike. From here you get hiking sticks and it’s necessary to hire a porter to carry your backpack Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight

 Day 6: Boat cruise along the Lake.

 After breakfast, drive to Lake Kivu, have lunch and enjoy a boat ride view a variety of wildlife while on your boat cruise and visit the fishing villages Overnight stay at the lodge

 Day 7: Drive to Nyungwe forest.

 You will have breakfast and drive to Nyungwe forest Arrive in time for lunch. Relax at your lodge until in the afternoon, enjoy your lunch and continue relaxing Later dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

 Day 8: Chimpanzee trekking.

 After an early breakfast, you will go to the park headquarter and briefed about dos and don’ts while with the chimpanzee, follow your guide/range for chimpanzee trekking. Nyungwe is a vast, mountain rain tropical forest over 1000 sq km in size. It is home to 13 species of primates, over 275 species of birds, 100 varieties of orchids. After trekking have lunch and head for a canopy walk. Retire at your lodge for dinner and overnight at the lodge

 Day 9: Transfer back to Kigali.

Early in the moming after breakfast, you will start your journey back to Kigali, on your way, you will visit the Nyanza Royal Palace, after the visit have lunch, and continue with your journey to Kigali to catch your flight back home.
